Emollients: effective use and pump dispenser waste

Emollient therapy is the mainstay of treatment of dry skin conditions like eczema; however, it is under‐prescribed and underused by patients. In this article Steve Chaplin reviews the effective use of emollients and highlights a recent study looking at potential savings that can be made through reduced wastage.
