This review found no evidence of any effect of oral COX-2 inhibitor exposure in adults with asthma and aspirin-sensitivity. Exposure to selective NSAIDs (eg meloxicam) significantly increased respiratory symptoms, but the clinical significance of this effect is uncertain.
